Hi,

Hopefully there is an HK rep here who can help out.

I recently purchased another 14440SB HK Ally knife. I really like the line. But this has problem with the monolock straight out of the box.

Can anyone here help out with an exchange?

I already put in two requests for assistance to Benchmade on the main site but no response so far.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Your best bet is to just call Benchmade directly. However, they will more than likely just tell you to send it in so you can probably just skip the phone call and send it to them. Here is a link with instructions on what to do.

I know it's kinda a pain, but Benchmade stands behind every knife and will take care of you.
