I have Monochrome, but don't like its heavy weight, strange form and slickness of the handle, unsecure closing of the blade by left hand.
So I'd like to know how's 14300 in these areas.
Very thick blade is appealing, but handles are plastic.
By now I've little experience with 14205 and I do like thick blade which I suppose will not break in critical situation.
But for hard use I'm looking for a cheaper knife.
How strong is the lock of 14300 ? What steel it is, 440C or N690 ?
Would this knife be a good unexpensive EDC choice vs more costy mini-grips. Is it built like a tank ?
