There's a bunch going away, so are you buying extras?

I am really fond of the 14205 and it's cousins. i have a bought a few extras. Pretty sure they will be hot for trading in about a year.

I am not in a position to buy multiples at this point, but if I were, I'd put away a few 142XX series knives.

I am surprised with the popularity of the 14205 that they DC'd it. I would really like to see a version of this knife with a Benchmade butterfly on the blade in place of the H&K logo.

Agreed. I love my 14200, saddens me to see the series discontinued since they got so much stuff RIGHT.

The only things I'd change would be to swap the blade steel to S30V or M390, mill out the liners to lighten the knife and do a fine texture on the handles like is on the 755. The Hk G10 like on the Blitz was always a little too slick for me, I know the difference is in the vendor for the G10.

Then I'd put a Butterfly on it, since BM is the primo brand in the group.

I was thinking that it could be an issue with Mike Snoody and trademarks etc. Just a guess.
I have a few 14205's. Don't really know how many. Confused
