Hello, We will be doing operating system updates throughout our shared hosting environment, between the hours of 8:00 PM Tuesday Dec 21, 2011(Pacific) and 4:00 AM Tuesday Dec 22, 2011(Pacific) . The updates will allow us to maintain the safety and security of the environment by using the very latest operating system revisions. The site may experience downtime up to 4 total hours during the maintenance window, though we expect the total downtime to be closer to 2 total hours. Jason, Please post your home and mobile phone numbers so that we may contact you in the event of an emergency between 8:00 PM Tuesday Dec 21, 2011(Pacific) and 4:00 AM Tuesday Dec 22. I’m usually online very late at night/early morning so don’t be surprised if I wake you up. Make sure to leave your phone on and close by as you turn in for the night.
