Just from the look of it it looks like it has the Grip treatment. Full incased liners on the mini and if they make one partial on the full size.

I was going to start a thread asking the same thing, but I didn't want to push anbodys buttons..

Its hard to find a decent dealer that carries the HD line anymore... I don't know why Roger stopped carrying them, I'm assuming because they didn't sell... Its too bad, because I'd like to pick one of these models up if the price is right.

If anyone hears of a dealer that has the 13150-1, I'd appreciate learning who that is.

Thanks

Isn't it time to give the 520 a super-steel blade? How about M390?

So far it’s not released yet. But I’ll be looking for it.

Got one.

Partial liners - pretty light in weight knife, though a bit blade heavy in the hand.

Like the blade, the knife seems well made, operates smoothly, etc.

BUT - the choice in plastic makes me wonder. The knife looks and feels cheap due to the plastic chosen, even compared to my Griptilians. If you didn't know what it was, you'd think "cheap". Not good, that.

Still, I suspect the knife will prove reasonably robust.

How strong is Valox, anyway? Is this the reinforced version or straight resin plastic?

Thanks for the update on this knife. I plan to get one even if it's a little on the light side. Sounds like another plastic handle that needs some weights and glue added to improve the balance and to kill the usual "hollow" feel. If the plastic isn't honey-combed on the inside...like a Grip, then it would feel even more hollow.
