Thanks Jason, that's good information and I'm hoping the correction(s) will make us proud as usual to carry Benchmade's...and if they cut better, that's good news!

Naw, it's that little bag they come in, then you have to take the plastic off, hold the handles, then open the knife and check the edge.

I can verify the sharpness of my NEW 43, by the number of bandaids and blood blisters that I have since I opened the box to check it.
This would qualify it as "Scary Sharp". Big Grin
All kidding aside, Benchmade Knives has literally been the "Gold Standard" for me. Recently, because of an Income Tax problem, the Mark has stepped up to save my behind.
I have purchased and sold over ninety different Benchmades from my collection over the last few years. The Brand still remains UNEQUALED in my opinion.
I'm a little embarrassed because, although I don't give in to pandering, I have a washed, unworn T-shirt from a Benchmade Society, that I keep in my Shirt Drawer.

I am glad this issue is recognized back at BM headquarters. If the new limited 806 doesn't disappoint, then I will have to take a second look into your newest offerings, instead of just collecting your classic designs that are now discontinued...
