Were the 1100 series pens ever made with the specs in the subject line? If so, can they be found on the internet? I am not too fond of the grey bodies I am seeing online. Thank you.

They may call it black but it is dark gray "Charcoal".

I would say my 1100-2 is the color black and not grey. It might not be jet black but it is black.
