I've had mine for what, a year or more? When did they come out? I got one of the first ones that came to my local store.

I use it daily. As a writing implement, it's sufficient, if not leaning toward superior. The anodizing on mine is wearing thin on the knurling and the "blood grooves" ding and wear pretty good, too. It has character now. All in all, I really like it and am satisfied. It's holding up pretty well. The only thing that gets me is people try to unscrew it when they use it. Nearly every person I have handed it to to use... "no, just pull it open..."

Was up Fellas, Well I haven't had it for a while,... unless you consider 3 hours a long time. Just got it out of the mail box. Picked it up off the forum from Stormin. I introduce to you my 1100-12

It feels good in my hand, not to heavy, and the cap is easy enough to get on an off.
Although, I have been a Bic with a clicker on the end of it for years... I am adapting quickly to using this awesome pen.
I originaly wanted a 1100-7 and still do, but am quite satisfied with this latest purchase.

I don't want to derail this thread or start a new one but I was wondering if anyone has had a need to stuff the business end of one of these pens into an aggressor yet and if so are you happy with the result?

Toying around I have put some presure on my own body; forearm, thigh, shoulder, and pectoral muscle. just a bit of a stabbing motion and you get a pretty good IDEA that this thing will go right into the flesh perhaps upto if not past the blood grooves.
This should help:

One advantage to the SS pen - you can deliver an awesome whack to the center of the forehead with it, should you need to get someone's attention.
