The sticker says "117/500 1st-Production" and the knife says "Limited Edition 117/250"

Aahhhh,
I got a little worried about one I have coming in the mail today from Roger @ KW.
I ordered late Friday evening, sent an e-mail shortly after requesting #52 on a 615-2 if he had it. Knew it was a very long shot. Anyway called to follow up and the gal that answered said it was already boxed up and awaiting UPS pick up and that I had gotten the last one. I ask if she knew what # it was and she had said they don't have #'s on them.
So I'm like " yea they do their LE only 250 of them where made."
Then I read this post. Believe now that they just did not have the LE #'s in the computer or on the lables. I think everything will be fine. update you later this morning after I see the UPS guy.

That too, but what really got my attention was reference to Neil Blackwood as a designer of the knife, when he was no longer associated with BM, also while his name is on the sticker, there's no maker's mark on the blade.

Just got the knife. No camra now but the label read

So every thing's cool.
Maybe Neil is still getting kick backs on the knives because of his design. Or perhaps Benchmade bought the design.
I heard there is a couple of post that have already adressed Neils leaving Benchmade.
I just go search it up see whats what

I know what's up, but in this case most it's likely human error.
