Okay, so this is partly a brief intro to my BM family, and partly a test to see if I can successfully post pictures to the forum. Now if I can get this to work, I'll post better pictures at some point (though not necessarily of the whole collection together; we'll see).

Anyway, let's see if this works...

And I suppose should have titled this "...My -Almost- BM Family", as there is the one Opinel in there.

Well, there it is, my modest Benchmade collection. With greater financial resources I'm sure it'd be larger, though I mostly keep it to what I'll actually use (the exceptions being the Morpho and auto Mini-Stryker, as I'm not allowed to carry them here).

Thanks to all for the kind words. Once I get some better pictures, I'll see about putting some shots of the individual knives up. Maybe in this thread, maybe at some later date.

This wouldn't surprise me, as I bought it in a small knife shop in Reims. Kind of which I had gotten more while I was there, but I only walked out with a No. 8 and a No. 9 (the one in the pic is the 9).

Snody certainly does have a knack for designing great knives. Though I must say, I'd almost be tempted to let you snatch that Resistor away from me... I love that knife, and aside from a couple minor details it's very near my ideal knife, but it has given me more trouble than all my other knives combined. One of these days I'll send it off for its FOURTH trip back to the BM factory...

Heh, yeah, I'll let you know. (Don't hold your breath, though...) Actually I've been contemplating polishing the scales on that one to a satin finish, and possibly getting a fuller G10 backspacer made for it. Probably won't happen soon, but I can dream, right?

Nice collection you got there!

Seems like you have one knife for every possible situation.

I wish that I could get my hands on a couple of Ritters one day..

Why have just one knife?
