But what is it with people wanting/trying to remove the logo? Why does it bother people so much? Its still a beauty of a knife.

I think it's the same reason some people want to buy a knife w/ a logo - it makes a statement. Style, lifestyle, something. I'm not against HD or the HD style, it's just not my style.

Yeah me too. I'd love to see a 'sterilized' HD logo-less Hardtail, just not into HD markings.

Since a certain dealer that we know of is clearing the HD models out, we can only assume that the line is not doing as well as other BM models. This is just pure speculation on my part, but, if BM does decided to drop the HD line altogether, here's to hoping that the Hardtail stays sans HD logos. I think that model in particular could become a best seller.

That's the way it's done.
Cool knife Joe, congrats.

Hello BM, ar you out there?
Get a run of 13100 knives, put in CF,
put a butterfly on the blade (instead of the screaming HD logo).
And you get a knife many of us will buy!

Thanks guys...I really like this knife. Hopefully BM will make it a regular production blue class like Florijn suggested. If they change the aluminum handle to titanium they would have one of the best knives out there...in my opinion.

Joe
