Looks fantastic. It will be interesting to find out how it wears. "There is no charge for awesomeness..." - Po (The Dragon Warrior) Dreaming of a Lum LFTi Folding Stalker...[sigh] | |||

I need to check the Product Photos forum more often.
I too am curious about the long term durability of the painted scales. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rick M ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Member-The Society for the Preservation of The AFCK ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Nope. That is also Kustom Kolor acrylic urethane. The paint on the 806 acted more like an enamel when curing, but that may have been because I put it on so thick. Tamiya has a Navy Blue in their spray lacquers, though.
The paint is getting shiny/polished on the raised parts that get handled/worn the most, however it seems to be quite hard. ``````````````````````````````````````````````````` Confuse-us say: "Man who stand on toilet high on pot."
