That kind of thing. I use the dimples for grip.

Does the heat treatment fade with use or handling. What about the addition weight???
Considering the 210 as the knife they would go on and hang from a neck sheath..I'd like to keep it as close to original .

Actually the Ti is the same thickness and almost the same weight as G10, bear in mind G10 is a fiber glass with resin, so it's pretty heavy molecularly. Ti is pretty comparable. The oxidization will fade with the contact of oils from skin, but it creates more of a patina then anything, and you can immediately bring it back to life by running a lighter over it for about 30 seconds.

Seems like you got it goin on with the Ti handles. My birthdays coming up..in Oct.what would you say to making a set for my 210BK-1001? I'd compensate you for your efforts of course..

I'm actually in process of buying a 201 on eBay right now to go ahead and make some drop in Ti scales. Shouldn't be too hard to do, just gotta pick up a 201 first lol. I'll keep in touch when I get my 201 in
