To me the 690 series has some of the most beautiful knives made, but I have a soft spot for wooden handles and pointy blades. Its blade is gorgeous.

Unfortunately, I have only two . . . .

Feel sorry for me.

I had some time on my hands.
Thought lets do so knife cleaning and a headcount.
I'm a collector for sure that is true.
But I'm not so much in to quantities,
It's more what you have than how many you have.
Any way I did count my knives today as I think I'm close to completing the Ares and 690 collections.
I'm now at 34 Ares and 32 690's ..... Red Face
I believe I need two more Ares and two more 690's.
