I looked at this knife earlier in the year, but the place that had it wanted too much. I stopped in today to buy some marking paint and the guy asked me why I wasn't going for their other Ares. I told him it was too expensive. He came down $35 and I agreed to pick it up. Still a little expensive, but I really like it and the hardware store so I figured it couldn't hurt.

Nice get Carson.My Dads favorite.Still workin on Rukus`s. Ares might become my next obsession,after the 710`s and oh yea the Skirmish`s are really hot too and then there`s the AFCK`s I need to get and what about the....... need a hardware store like that around here.

Love the Ares. The Leupold sand-colored scales are my favorite and wish they made both of these in PE also.
