Great series! Here's a dumb clip question on these not having handled one. Since there's only one screw what prevents it from moving around? Is there an indent in the scale or something?

I like the very top one, even if it is green! Wink

Nice set, the screw on the clip looks much larger than the standard 3 found on most BM's.. Is this correct?

Thanks fellas.

Knife_Junky - the clip screw is the same size as the three found in the regular clips used in most of the average size BMs. I can't recall exactly if the length of it is the same, but the head size is at least.

Joe - Yes there is an indent into the scale that the top rounded part of the clip fits into to prevent movement.

Thanks for sharing Feuer. I always liked the 770 with CF, but it was a bit too small for me. It would have made an excellent gentleman's carry though...

That 770 with CF is a real beauty. I've never had the chance to handle a 77X series, and I suspect they'd be a bit small for me, but they sure do look nice. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Very nice Feuer. I love the 77X series.
I just received another shiny slabbed CF 770 yesterday. 770 BC1

Today I sanded the shine away. It looks great now.
I must say it's not as cool as the fully contoured Benchmade second addition but it will make a fine user. I'll post pics soon.

To Joe. The clip comes loose very easily so you have to watch them closely.
