I personaly love the rukus and the 615 gets carried in my pocket a at least couple of times a week.
I recently got a BK model just because I heard it's bieng discontinued and it will rot in my safe for many years to come.
As far as blade centering, all of the above is +1.

You can loosen the handle screws and clip screws , push the blade where you want it and retighten them ...... this sometimes works ..........
Keep pressure on blade while retightening.

i dont know anyone in the warranty department, but andy in customer service has always been good to me so far. realistically, anyone is going to be as good as another, they'll give you an address and tell you to write a note in the box describing your issue and what you want done (they'll take it apart, clean it, and sharpen it if you want as well). throw in a check or money order for 5 bucks and you're good to go.

Another theory regarding the off-center..
Is it possible that an imprecise made back spacer may result in a not centered blade?

I have a BM710 whose stop pin was dangling until i tightened it with loctite and whose blade is off-center too. I guess the 1st thing means the (plastic) spacer was too thick for the stop pin. I once tried some custom scales and a custom spacer which removed the dangling of the stop pin AND caused the blade to be perfectly centered..

//edit: thank you Wink although i've been reading for quite a while i've never posted anything..

My 610 has a slightly off center blade but as long as it doesn't touch the liner it doesn't affect the performance of the knife. Unfortunately you are not going to find an issue or problem to solve with this one, it is just a matter of tolerances. Sometimes you can use the method dj described to get things line up a little better but I've had knives where even that won't work.

If you're going to purchase production knives you have to learn to live with off center blades. If you want perfect tolerances go the semi-custom/custom route.

Not all customs are perfect, too. At least in my experience.

I think what I meant to say was it is more fair to expect perfect tolerances out of a custom than it is a production knife. Like Rx has said, not even custom makers get it centered every time.
