Anyways, went down to the huntin camp last weekend the 3-4th I believe and took the H2O grip with me, what can I say, its my new favorite EDC over the Hundreds of dollar knives $$$$!!! My H2O got put to my test standards and held up beyond my belief. To begin with, I used it the first night to clean about 20 quail for the grill, cut like a charm!! Then later I used it to cut corn off the knob.......Thinking that was it for the weekend due to myself going Buck huntin, to my surprise the following night I went meat huntin and shot a doe! Not having a skinnin knife with me, I pulled out the ol H2O grip and cleaned the whole doe with not a single problem! The edge is a little worn down but still plenty sharp to do what ever you need a knife for. The deer blood had no affect on the blade steel, and not a single rust spot! After about 10 days or so I finally cleaned it tonight, and it still had hair, etc on the blade, not a single issue with it! So in my own opinnion i would suggest that anybody who doesnt have a H20 grip GET ONE ASAP, especially if you like the outdoors! Its the prefect knife for the outdoor camp trip, fishin trip, huntin trip, and if you lose it, you wont be crying your eyes out about that 400.00 knife!!!! Anyways, hope this reviewd helps the people stuck on the edge, i say get one. The pics below are of the doe I shot and cleaned with the grip. Also when the summer roles around, i will try and remember to leave a review about my saltwater fishin trips with my grip!!!!

This wasent at the huntin camp, just though it was a neat pic! It was at the Farm.

Good review. I've been nothing but happy with my H20 Grip. So far I think I'm liking the X15 steel over H1. It seems to take a crisper edge and hold it better. I move back to the coast this summer so it'll see plenty of salt water fishing trips soon.

i agree, the H2O grips are very nice! there isnt much that can compete without spending a grand or TWO one some talonite or NiTiNOL blade.

I think this review has convinced to get a 100S H2O while I can still find them, it's the same steel.

I've got to figure out how to drop subtle hints now. Wink

I really need to pick one of these up! My dream would be if they made it in the 550 HG configuration!
