+1. A mini with a handle "at least" 4.5" long. We don't want no little sissy girl knives around here.

Yeah, but the thing about flicking it open is that you're probably going to make non-knife people say and then faint, scream or run away, especially when they see that great slab of M4 with its scarey tanto tip appear. I want the option of a "normal," slow open that keeps people feeling warm and fuzzy...sorry...

I think I kinda enjoy the reaction from people when a large chunk of m4 is thrust out from nowhere! It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!

The longer I have this knife the more I apreciate it. The weight is just about perfect, the shape is beautiful, it is sharper than anything else I have handled and retains an edge better. My only criticism is that it could have a better detent. I have learned how to deal with that though, simply a matter of how it is carried. Pocket carry, no clip, blade facing upward, back left pocket. Love it!

Bill, you inspired me to pack the 760 tomorrow. What a great knife!

The edge retension on the 760 is really impressive, we used it last night to cut up a large chicken and no "bones" about it the work was easy and due to the open design made for a quick cleanup. I have yet to do anything but a touchup on the fine Sharpmaker stone. Great knife.

I love the Tanto on this knife as much as I love my 740/745/745-81's.

Bob was truely inspired by both Tradition and Utility in his concept of a knife.

I eagerly look for his knives to come up for sale.

For my 9 yr olds birthday, I pulled out 10 Spydercos and 10 Benchmades. I told him to tell me which he likes the best. The 760 was his choice because it was the smoothest.

You gave a nine year old a 760? Wow!! Adopt me! Adopt me! I'm an orphan now - and only 61 years old - but a child at heart (Probably between the ears, too... according to my wife!). WOW!!

I saw some serious anti-760 remarks on a common blade forum recently. Had to do with lockup - not a problem on any I've seen!
