Thanks Darren, unfortunately not working gives me lots of time to read and respond. As to working for Benchmade that would be a dream come true. I've thought about going into the business since I can't go back to what I did for a living.

Another suggestion Techtlcb, if Benchmade can't help is to go to places like eBay and look for another, maybe used, just for the blade. They're easy to swap.

Please let us know what Benchmade says when you can.

If you ever decide on trying your hand at making customs I will gladly test them.

We need a 615 LE with carbon fiber scales.
Could we also get a 630 with an axis lock?

Amen, brother!! My left-handed mini-AFCK is my favorite all-time knife. Now if they would just make it in the Axis lock...

Unfortunately I droped it and the blade snaped 1/4" behind the tip. Did I mention I loved the knife.

You are out of luck, sir. They do not have any replacement blades. I called last year or so asking if they had any plain edged blades I could swap on my lefty one, and I was told they don't have any 812 blades at all, lefty or standard, plain or combo-edge.

Those are both 800s, not 812s.
