Addendum: A 30W soldering iron was applied for 10-15 seconds to each of the trio of screws on the new 425 that 'gravitated' home with me today from the 'pusher'. They wouldn't budge pre-heat; came out without issue post heat. Great suggestion - it works - thanks!
