I've decided that I want to begin EDCing my full-sized rukus. However, I hate that damm clip!

I used to not like carrying my mini-rukus, but after I got a knife pouch to carry it (and took off that crappy/springy clip), it kicks ass. Now, I am after a pouch that can clip onto my belt that can handle the biggun!

Any suggestions?

Mr. Vadim Grynko of Vess Collectables makes some nice sheaths.

He has been of that blade forum and has a "store" on eBay.

I can attest to that, Vadim made me a leather clip pouch for my 943 and it's a beauty, cost about $45. He does good work.

635 clips can fit if you trim a little bit of the handel of the 610 to make fit..I have not mounted mine on the 610 yet but have on my 615.





the part you trim is where the pocket will rest not the butt end of the clip..hope that helps you EDC -ing option
1 free clip or a 45 dollar leather sheath???
just be sure to use the 610 clip screws and some blue lock-tite.

And I'll bet there's no flex and the clip stays put. Good solution~!

I had been thinking of a pouch for the 615-2 in the photo until ...somewhere here, someone asked if a 635 clip would fit a 615.
I ordered three replacemnts clips for my 615-2, 615, and 610. only have the 610 to go..

I like that clip on your rukus blueram.. I love my model 610 but like everyone else the only complaint I have about the knife is the clip, it is so flimsy! I saw a benchmade leather sheath on the bay the other day for a 610.. I would check ebay and see if its still up for grabs..

I hope to find a moment tomorrow to mount the 635 clip on to the 610 tomorrow. I'll post a pic if I get to it.

If you are looking for a sheath to be made,try Lifters leather.He makes a great wet form sheath.I had a horizontal one made for my Strider GB and it fits like a glove.
