Sent in my left hand 800 AFCK for new bushings, lock adjustment and sharpening. They received it Monday, was in the mail Tuesday, got it Friday. The liners were replaced, large pillars, new bushings, and a new blade with the balisong logo and ats34 stamp.Did not know they still had any.It is smoother than my 806 m4.What more can be said.Just fantastic service!! Outstanding Blue Class It's good to hear the positive stories, too often it seems we only hear the negative.

Great customer service or even merely good CS is how it should be. It inspires confidence and builds trust. Glad you had such a good experience.

I just wish I could send my knives back for warranty repair.

But after being told by Australian Customs that any knife that will flick open using gravity is deemed a flick/gravity knife.

I am too scared to ship to the USA and hope to get them back.

So far Australian Customs have 11 Gold and LE knives 2 x 745-81;1 x 690DMCFP: 1x 635-81 2 x 941-81
now I'm getting depressed.
I have to fight in court to get them back.

But yes Benchmade warranty service is the best in the world. IMHO
