Ooooo, wild ham and sausage! Mmmmmmm...been a long time. I believe the aluminum handle scales on your knife are attached with screws. Any time you can't get it clean enough to suit ya, just take the handle scales off an scrub it good. A little rust inhibitor under the scales, and some lite-hold Loctite on the screws when you put them back.This message has been edited. Very nice work there with the knife! I second that notion about the sausage from wild pigs, last year I was hunting White tail over on the North Carolina/Tennesse boarder and had one of these wild pigs charge me and I had to put it down, these things are very tempormental and very territorial. I had a slight advantage while I was hunting though, instead of using a blade I had my SIG 229 357sig handy... It was a close encounter I dont care to come across again... And that pig I killed was used for sausage and it was some good eatin!This message has been edited.
