Just found this from our "friends" over at assisted knife. Idk if Benchmade can do anything about it, but these are blatant knockoffs. Supposidly their "christmas present" to BM.

look at the place oned by the guy who was sued by BM just last year.

BM/Jason, have you guys seen these yet? Surely theres something you can do about them... at least sue over design patent infringement, since these are listed as "designed and built in Denver"?

Indeed they did. Now he has a rip off 4x series of knives with faux markings. Since they're "made in Denver" and not imported fakes from China with fake markings (snort), they could take him to court again. He deserves it.

Reported...this IS the same person that got sued last year...still has a bug up his rear too, I see. Too bad, nice website could be used to make a difference, instead of this crap.

I see a valley for people who go to places first and their sister company knife-"monster that wrecks tokyo" are now carrying these 42 knockoffs. They're clearly china produced blades and handles with some US hardware and markings.
