Yes it must live on!!! Haha, but today I was going pretty light since I went scuba diving, but outside of the jeans the Model 7 Rescue Hook was strapped to the B.C.

Lately it's been a 710HS in the right fron (with a NovaTac 120T) and a 940 with a Milky-modded HDS in the left. Along with various Sebertools, Leatherman Squirts, and an ASP T2 rolling around in the pockets. The camera bag has a Leatherman, a CRKT KISS, a Fenix P1D-CE and a Pelican Super Mitey Lite. Probably some others in there, too. I guess I should look.

Welcome to the forum edrose and AWD.

Oh, and autigerman AMEN!

Muad'dib....you've reminded me that I need to carry my 615 more than I have lately. I just pulled it out and man that has got to be one of the best handles I've ever held. Also, I forgot how much I like that tall ground S30V blade!

Is the 610/615 the only series Blackwood has designed for Benchmade? Are there any non-BM Blackwoods?

Blackwood did the Skirmish series also. And there are non BM Blackwoods. I don't know how many or what kind (lot of help I am Wink), but a buddy of mine had a Blackwood skinning knife that just said “Blackwood” on it. Didn’t say made by any other company on it.

Thanks Tiny, the Skirmish is also one of the best looking knives ever! I'm going to keep an eye out for more Blackwoods!
