Lately I have been edc my d2 551 grip. No other axis flicks out and back in faster. I'd wager no BM auto deploys out and back in faster either. Love it! I sanded off the ridges on the spine and belly of mine they irritated my skin with hard use. The side scales have plenty of grip to spare.

When I find the display case keys, I'll start carrying a B-M again! Last week I carried a Boker Tree Brand Classic - a Copperhead with appaloosa bone scales. Pretty retro! It opened yesterday's arrival - a Kershaw 1725SG2 'Blem' - which I carried after that - and today. Pretty nice - SG2 laminated blade and Ti framelock. Looks like between the 635 & 630 mini & full Skirmish in size.

I just remembered where the backup keys are - and, old-timer's be hanged, I found the original keys. Wed will be a 710D2 day!

Stainz

PS I inherited this collectible store's hexagonal glass display case with quartz illumination from my wife - she outgrew it. Neat glass shelves, too - gotta keep up with the keys!
