It really is, I literally get riled up about it and get a little frustrated and question why a person wouldn't take the time to arrange it in order. I'll bet a lot of them just add them to the end of the list as they buy them. I get the OCD thing, especially with numbers and organization. I keep folding money in my pocket, not wallet, and it all has to be facing the same direction, green side-down, and in order of denomination.
