When you go to wipe the blade and it goes through the cloth and you don't know you're bleeding until you do...Wink

This happened to me once. Mad

I use telephone book paper from old books. If it slices through that I’m happy. I wonder if that is a good system?

I don't like the way my local brick and mortar store display their knives. He has plastic slots with the blade sticking up. A few time reaching for a knife at the back, I felt a slight pinch and realize that I have been sliced or punctured...ouch.
