help. do not understand. someone explain what doug ritter makes. did he just design the griptillian, does he sale scales? I have no clue.... again, Im sorry. I googled this first and couldnt figure it out that way.

He designed the blade shape. It uses the standard scales of the regular grip. Aeromedix used to sell them but apparently their relationship is over and he will announce a new partnership in the upcoming weeks.

Ok so ritter grips are different than regular grips? Im sorry dude, I tried to figure this one out b4 I asked!!!!! do his have different steel? handles?

Same handles.

Blades use s30v or there were limited runs in M2 and M4. You can still get some mini's in M4.

Tom, the Ritters use a high flat grind in a leaf shaped design, AND in stonewashed S30V as the stock option. The blade is a terrific slicer and as Trevor says just the blade is different over a stock Grip.

So what Im seeing is another dang knife I gotta buy. Im working on my 710, then I will start thinkin bout this. I just never liked the grips, the handles to a novice like me seemed cheap.

Thats why some folks have gotten after market Wilkens handles for them.
They make it a totally different knife ....... dj
