I found a knife being sold as a Limited Edition Griptilian. It's etched with "Limited Edition" and "082/100" below. It's a partially serrated MDP/551 geometry blade with a BT/BK coating. 440C means that it's older than 2006. http://www.curby.net/pub/temp/DSC_0001.JPG I realize it could be a fake, but the rep of the seller and the pics suggest that it's probably real. So in short: anyone know what makes this a LE? Anything special? Were they trying out a coating that later became standard production? And man, it looks more beaten up than a knife that's been run over 5x with a truck. Thanks! __________________________ Griptilian: 1x Gold, 1x M2, 3x M4, 3x S30V, 2x D2, 4x Ritter, 1x NRA, 1x Blackwater, 2x Cabelas Rukus: 610 Proto, 610 1st Prod, 615 Proto, 615BK, 615-1, 615-2, 615SBK-2 | ||
