Thinking of retiring the ol' dept store knife set and getting either a set from BM, or Global. Has anyone bought/used the BM set?

I'm looking at this from an investment standpoint, and I'd really only like to buy one set and be done with it.

So who here has pulled the trigger on the 4501 set and how are you liking them?

They are a great set of knives Comfortable in the hand hold a good edge. work well in the kitchen well balanced. Big Grin

Before I bought these I used and still use a Spyderco Santoku and some Kyocera Ceramic knives.

Nothing holds an edge like the Spydie but it is ZDP189 steel
