I thought it was a little slacks knife.

Since carrying my 943 over the past few months I see it is a bon-a-fide full range slicer. Nice for swim trunks too.

I remember railing on Perado a little when I 1st joined the forum a few years back because he considered his 940 an adequate self defense tool. I told him it was way too flimsy.

An AFCK it is not, but adequate it is.

I stand corrected and I am sorry to Perado and all 94x carriers.

All's well and forgiven from here KFS, I like my 943. And yeah it makes a great shorts knife but also disappears in the jeans pocket.

When you need a strong S30V blade, it's big enough to do the job...just don't use it as a prybar please. Smiler

I like the 943. It's my defacto low-profile knife. You know: church, neighborhood block party, etc. knife.

The 94x are Osborne designs.

That means they're stylish and practical and no matter how much you've futzed with it, there's probably something about you haven't noticed yet.

943 and the 710 are the best BMs IMO

Got one, too - a few months ago.. "needed" a knife that no one would recognize if it was clipped to the dress pant pocket of my black suit at my sister's wedding Big Grin
That worked fine - and it's really a nice knife Wink

But for that i'd recommend a steeper angle... sth like 2x 15 degrees or even a little bit less.

One thing i dont like about it: it's quite hard to get it out if the waist band if carried IWB - at least if i compare it to an 710 or 707.. They're much easier to draw... somehow..

But: it's a great knife! Smiler
