I like all the suggestions so far. There should definitely be a limit, otherwise someone will buy a bunch and flip them on this forum or on fleaBay for a huge amount, which I think violates the spirit of what a Forum knife is supposed to be. One for collecting and one for using sounds reasonable.

I think the way Roger has done exclusives in the past should be good, 2 per person limit until a certain date then lift the limit to the forum members then the public if there are any left.

As mentioned in other posts, 2 per person.
One to carry, and one to collect / back up.
Not to sell.

Some will get out & may show up on e-bay.
Not mine though........

That's just how it goes.
Or if we agree to make 100, and 75 sell?
They will need to be sold. But I do not see that happening.

Good thread Mark, you bring up a lot of good points. I like the idea MCM mentioned regarding Trailboss and Jan notifying people PM. Sounds like a solid plan. This way it ensures everyone a good chance at getting one.

I'll take just one, but I definitely want one, put me on the list, distro PM or whatever.
