yeah I sent a Damascus pen in for a new O-ring (the capwas very loose.. would not stay capped)
and my 47 tang pin came loose....
No doubt cause i flip it over carpet sometimes and that is a harder impact than grass of the mattress...
mailed on the 20th of jan...
email 7 days later they have them...( been there a day or to according to traking) sure as folks said back log cause of shot show...
they said, the usual 7-9 working days for the turn around.
Then i'll have 5 days ship waiting time.
so hope they will be back about the second week of Feb.

Must be a timing thing regarding parts. My 710-1 is still up in the repair department, they must be tired of my emails asking. It's been there since the 10th of last month and what they're waiting for are the liners that need replacing. Hope it's coming back sometime soon.

Probably a parts supply issue or just a heavy workload.

Something like that but the wait was worth it. Received my 710-1 (16/250) this evening, well packed, and the service ticket was extensive; replaced liners, blade (original was found to have an "issue", replaced and remarked blade), silver spacers, screws, adjusted, oiled, sharpened as needed.

It's late, I will get pics up in the next day or so, this thing is flawless and was worth the many days it took to get back here.

Kudos go out to Micah in Product Services for her role in this project. Gold Butterfly 2

I'm not sure what's going on in my case. I sent a knife in mid-December, and haven't heard a peep. Emailed this week to check on the status and have received no reply.
