I don't think anything is confirmed until we hear it from Benchmade, all I'm going on is second-(third?)hand info from people that were at Blade.

Before the press release I never heard of Charles Marlowe. There are so many custom knife makers out there. Is he a popular name with the custom crowd? That would not surprise me. His work is outstanding!!!

Same here Doc...before that issue of Blade came out with one of Marlowe's flippers on the cover I'd never heard of him either. He does some beautiful work though and of course any deal/contract with Benchmade can be a good thing for both us and them! Smiler
