I am an electrician and I am having a hard time finding a tough work knife. What do you suggest for an electrician?

I'm not an electrician. Wink Whatcha need it to do? Big Grin

I assume you will have a multitool, wire stripers, screw drivers, etc. as dedicated tools already?

What size blade is probably the most important question? Smiler

I would say full size grip since it doesn't have full length liners.

Would the 915 Triage rescue hook be any good for cutting wires if your wire cutters aren't handy?

Agreed. Still will have the Axis "bolts" touching you in most cases. Frowner I don't *think* the knife needs to be insulated. I could be wrong. Smiler

If required, I'm sure there are better fixed blade, insulated knives for this specific niche.
