I am an electrician and I am having a hard time finding a tough work knife. What do you suggest for an electrician?

I'm not an electrician. I assume you will have a multitool, wire stripers, screw drivers, etc. as dedicated tools already? What size blade is probably the most important question?

Pascal it's full metal grip, could be dangerous for electrician.
|
| "On The Cutting Edge" |
I would say full size grip since it doesn't have full length liners.

Would the 915 Triage rescue hook be any good for cutting wires if your wire cutters aren't handy?

( ... but i still won't trust a plastic grip to stay safe ... ) Charter Member #5, Lum Lunatics Boomerangs 'n Butterflies: An Osborne Alliance | Member #6

Agreed. Still will have the Axis "bolts" touching you in most cases. If required, I'm sure there are better fixed blade, insulated knives for this specific niche.
