I am tickled with this old BM Bushmaster. I need some wood to chop or something. I am dying to hack something with it! It is grippy and awfully big.

So...longtimers and forumites, is this Bushmaster the biggest fixed blade BM has put out?

Anybody ever have the belt loop break off the sheath--looks a little flimsy?

Also, if you've carried thgis in the field, how did you use it, and how did it perform?

Thanks in advance for sharing.

The bushmaster is a kukre style knife. And who knows it may be longer than the offsider, not sure.

Here is a pic
