i believe to be properly worked Ti must be heated. the metal has "memory" and as you found out, its brittle when working it cold. i had similar experiences with my own but after polishing the underside of the clip to a shine i was more than happy with the way it handled. ------------------------------ | |||

I have had no issues getting mine clipped to the pocket as it is delivered from the factory. I also tend to use my finger to pull the clip out a bit when I stick it in the pocket. I do this will all my knives and it really helps to save wear on the pocket. ----------------- Current President Brotherhood of the 420 & Viceroy of the Knights of the Gravitator. Semi Ditto ...... I havent a problem with any pocket clip , not even the 615. On Marks thought , when the clip catches the pants ....... I just pull the pants pocket taunt .. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Contempt Prior to Investigation - Dont knock it till you,ve tried it.
