My favorite knife is the mini ritter with S30V. Just got one from the first run and it is very nice.

I wish there was somewhere else to buy them besides Aeromedix though.

I have edc the M2 Ritter mini-grip for about four years and it is a great knife. I've got many others but this one stays in my pocket. Added the Wilkins Ti scales a while back and that addition made the knife perfect You can't go wrong. Gerry

Ritter grips are my favorite edc.

I have 2 sets of Wilkins for my mini which I think needs it since the stock handles are so small.

I feel like I'm alone on this but I like the large grip handles the way they are. Good fit and light weight. Yeah they're cheapy sounding and looking but man are they functional.

Can't get myself to justify adding Wilkins to them but if I find a deal on them I'm sure I'll give it a try. =)

I haven't been looking that hard yet but it seems like I only see the mini versions for sale. Are the full sized ones not as common or have I just been looking in the wrong places?

Aeromedix sold out of the large m4's, haven't seen too many on secondary market but there must be some around...you can get them in s30v tho. They have smalls in m4 or s30v as well.

I am actually surprised they haven't sold out yet.

The difference in performance to the HG or orginal 550 isn't appreciable, but the Ritter does cut more efficiently than the 551s. And the Ritter blade shape is more graceful that the originals too, in my opinion.

I just ordered my first Ritter, one of his new $145 run of PVD coated CPM-M4 version.

I'm already intrigued about getting a set of custom scales for it (or perhaps a different mini-grip). Any links to get started browsing for custom scales?
