Guys I have a simple question, I own three Mini grips, all identical, in Black, Blue and Yellow scales, love the design, as many around here do.. My Blue knife has a noticeable asymmetrical grind. The grind, being a saber, or mid, is much wider on the one side of the blade. This kind-off bugs me a bit, however it is no real defect as far functionality of the piece, it is however aesthetically displeasing. I own several other BM's and generally the fit and finish is superb, for a production knife. I live in South Africa and it is not so easy to ship n knife to BM in the USA for evaluation and repair/replacement, hence I want to ask if anyone here has had a similar issue and satisfactory resolve?

The knives are sharpened by hand. This kind of thing happens often but is almost never a problem unless it affects cutting performance. It may be an issue on any Gold class knife and limited edition to a lesser degree. I often find myself putting a new edge on new knives before I use them. Your only other solution is to send it to Benchmade or local as laser said.

You may be hitting the nail on the head there Doc, with the Mini Grip being a Blue class knife..there is a premium on Gold Class for a reason I guess.
