Have some information that Benchmade produced a limited Ares for Russia.
It is just as any regular Ares (154CM), but has Blue/Black G10 handles and the furniture is not painted.

Does anybody of the forum members have any information about this issue?

This is interesting because I have never seen or heard anything about this LE Russian Ares. Is it new? Maybe it's like the 520A that I heard very little information about....???

If so, this had to be done recently. Benchmade only started working with blue-black G10 when Kulgera came around, the only other one I can think of was Shot Show Special 615-2. And from what I can see in the pic this one has the same scales as the gray-black Ares LE made for ACMA Reus, then new ones feel polished and 3-D detail is gone, except for the access to the Axis lock.
Looks like the real thing to me.

You notice how on the image of the Ares closed with the pocket clip facing up, you can't see any markings on the blade close to the thumbstud. I would think that you would at least be able to see the steel the blade is made of or some sort of partial logo. Or is that just me?

Those could be the pics of the product sent from BM to the store for approval prior to production.
I did check the website of the store from which the pic in the OP originated from. Seems to be legit. And the model number for this one is 730-901, which is correct for current year production.

I cant get to their page. If this is real and if anyone figures out how to get one could I jet a PM.

If "10540 руб." is the price in Rubles that is currently about $310 US. That is about $15 more than the ACMA Reus so that would be about right?

Just about right. But my second attempt to find shipping info was a success of a failure. I found the info. They don't ship outside of Russia.
