I made my own micarta handles for my griptillian, the work can be seen in my post on bladeforums
http://www.bladeforums.com/for...wthread.php?t=614149

Anywho I lost one of the metal spacers that go between the liners. Benchmade wont send me just the spacer, I gotta send in the whole knife but I figure it would be cheaper for everyone if I can find a spacer from somewhere else. I dont even know if I have made my warantee invalid.
Thanks

Spacers? Do you mean one of the barrel spacers, or washers? Confused

Benchmade wouldn't have a barell spacer for the Grip, as there's none in the original handle, and they'll only have 'stock' parts.

Since you've reconfigured the knife (nice work, btw), it shouldn't be tough to find a barrel spacer online.

If you mean a washer; That should be easy. Or... am I missing something?

Edit : sorry, I've only been inside a mini, and wasn't aware the full-size grip was constructed differently.

if it is a fullsize grip, then you are talking about the spacers at the rear of the liners. it SHOULD be the standard type you can from KNIFEKITS
