There was also a fully serrated AFCK made years ago.

For your work get a 520. We have a certain fire fighter on the forum who just swears by them. Smiler

Eric, since you asked, I pulled out a full sized Grip and a 520. They are actually quite similar except the 520 is about a 1/4" longer in the handle, but they both have the same sized blade. The 520 is heavier. You could check the posted weights to see the difference.

I can't check the weights because I weight the handles of my Grips, so the answer would be misleading.

Bulk would be about the same. Weight might be different.

That being said, no one has ever complained that the 520 was too heavy. Keep in mind aluminum is considered "light weight."

i believe there is nothing a serrated knife can cut better than any blue or black class benchmade with a fine edge properly maintained to keep a razor edge. i would race anyone with a fully serrated knife of similair length against my edc mini grip in cutting a hose or whatever and i think i would get through just as fast if not faster. i say stick with your edc. serrations are overrated.

I seem to remember a 9100 with red grips that had a fully serrated blade
