Regretfully the same issue.
Doesn't unlock but has the bladeplay,
still a pretty knife though.

Not to gloat but apparently my luck continues - my Shoki locks up just fine.

Yes, you can wiggle the blade a bit side to side but it doesn't appear that it would have any effect on the lockup and it takes more side pressure then I'd expect to exert when using a Gent's knife.

Still, as many people reporting issues as we've seen there has to be something going on in at least a noticable percentage of the knives.

How about one of you guys with a questionable lock shooting a quick video demonstration? Then we just have to get the Benchmade folks attention and they can see what people are talking about. I'm sure if they can find an example to study they can correct the issue.
