i just got a lightly used 9050 sbk afo off of craigslist last night for 20 bucks!

I picked up my full size Ritter Grip for $50.00 off the bay ahwile back. I don't think the seller knew what he had and he listed it where most people didn't see it.

All my grips were $50 or less and anything else: 420, 732, 806D2, 520 x 2, 525 were all bought NIB for no more than $100.00, usually less.

$100 or so is my limit - that's all any BM is worth for me to buy. It's likely I won't be owning the new 806 with the limited run and silly price.

Lightly used 940BK off eBay couple years ago for $40.

I got a ka bar 1211 7 in for $45 last year....

I love keeping one of those around just in case society breaks down LOL

I got a brand new 520SBK for $77 last year. Then I got a brand new 14210S for $64 this year.

I got my 780 for $140.

My then favorite dealer had gotten it in, been offered $200 for it, kept it for me because he only had it because I'd asked him to order it when it was first announced.

I came in, he checked the web to see what the street price would have been had it not had the production problems and sold it to me for that.

Sure, I may have another Benchmade where it turned out I paid less relative to MSRP and/or normal street price but my 780 is the only Benchmade that cost me less than it cost Les.

picked up a 9100 for 51.00 a few weeks ago

I got a 710 that had been on display with no box from a dealer for $29.95.

I have picked up several 812's some M2 for $50 in the past. As well as a 770 and a 690 for the same price. This was a year ago when you couldn't get any of these knives for under $200 on the bay.
