The Nagant also has that breech block to come up behind the round - and that long snout of a fp. Then there is the SA style ejector rod to rid the spent rounds - required due to the case mouth swelling. Then there is the little 7-shooter's horrid trigger pull - especially post re-arsenalling. Neat Victorian engineering - nice paperweight.

My 610 Rukus may get carried yet - when my 6" 629 makes it into rotation. I was thinking the mini Rukus might do better - maybe with the 642. That 710 D2 is a hard act to follow - quite utilitarian.

I don't have a rhyme or reason of which Benchmade gets matched with which iron.

I have no idea what a La Griffe is and I'm sick of looking stuff up. But if it's like all the other stuff. Then it's good stuff too.

La Griffe is made by Emerson. It's a neck knife. Has a chisel grind and a hook style blade like a claw. Used to carry one around my neck pretty often in fact.

The SW 65 w/ 3" barrel never rotates, I've been carrying it for 10-12 years in a Kramer owb holster. The grip is fairly new, I got it so I could retire my AFCK.
