That price actually doesn't seem too outrageous. I don't have that kind of money lying around to spend on a knife, although I wish I did with it being an Ares and all.

I'd be curious to know what the actual MSRP was of that model when BM released it. I wouldn't be surprised if the price it fetched was close to the suggested retail.
