Wow, this is a tough one! I'm gonna go with the 690, it's just a smooth, solid, classy looking knife and only seems to get better as it ages. It also says a lot that it edges out a few blades in M2. Oddly enough, it has been the one knife I've had trouble putting a really good edge on (154cm). Tried stropping the edge lightly on 2000 grit wet/dry paper and it responded with the best edge it's ever taken.

My 913 stryker I have been carrying, that D2 stuff really holds an edge and I like the assisted opening.

I have some safe queen PCC stuff that I love but of the "Benchmade" knives that I have my favorite would be the 635 my wife got me for no reason she just gave it to me one day after work.

it's a toss up between 615 and 950. these two are real close for me.
