I also had an issue with stripped screws and had replacements within days.

I usually use the smallest priority box from USPS. Also been really lucky with the turnaround time on the ones I've sent in. Think the longest was two weeks(around the holidays) and the quickest was a couple of days.

Good call on the boxes Doc, actually I don't mind getting those gray ones back with the returned knives, seems a lot of folks don't keep the originals and the last few users that came without now have homes. I just stick a label on the flap.

And on shipping, I find those VHS-sized USPS boxes that go out for $4.95 plus insurance or DC to be a bargain.

Yea I Like the gray boxes too. But not to replace a fresh new blue/black with label and cushy padding for them to relax and kick back in. Big Grin
They are great for users and a lebel. Better then any other knife Co. I know of.
